EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY  $1000
• 2 hours event photography by Michael & Sophie
• Digital post-processing of 60-80 images

2 ) Other cameras and/or video recorders are not allowed at the Session. Please respect this rule, as it can be distracting to children and prevents us from doing our job.

3 ) We maintain the right to reschedule the Session if needed due to inclement weather, illness or personal emergency.

4 ) In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, loss, or theft of our equipment, we are not responsible for any images lost or stolen. In such an event, we will refund you your Session Fee.

PROOFING AND ORDERING
5 ) Within three weeks of your Session, we will upload your Proofs to an online proofing Gallery, and e-mail you with the URL and ordering information.

      a) Portrait Sessions yield 20-30 proofs.
      b) Fine-Art Studio Portrait Sessions yield 15-20 proofs.
      c) Mini Sessions yield 8 proofs.

6 ) Once uploaded, your Gallery will be active for seven days, so please be prepared to place your order in that time. A $50 fee applies to have the Proofs re-uploaded to your gallery for another seven-day period. All unordered images will be permanently deleted 30 days after your Gallery is first uploaded.

7 ) Be sure to inspect your Proofs carefully. Once you place an order for prints, or any other products, no refunds or exchanges are offered. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of its receipt. Once you place an order, it may not be modified or canceled.

8 ) Creative privilege: As the photographer, Michael uses his artistic discretion to select the Proofs for your Gallery, and the retouching performed on them. We do not release or make available for viewing raw, unretouched images. Additional retouching is billed separately.

9 ) For a complete description and pricing of all our products, visit the INVESTMENT section of our website, or consult our Product Guide. If you have a question about a product, please ask prior to placing your order. Orders are subject to a $300 print purchase minimum (excluding Mini Sessions).

10 ) Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your proofing Gallery is first uploaded. No refunds, exchanges or credits are offered on any items purchased. All orders are subject to NY State Sales Tax (8.875%). All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree that you have fully read and understood all product descriptions as listed on our website and our Product Guide. Certain color and tonal variation occur with all products.
