Many of our clients have spent the quarantine months outside of the city, so we’ve embraced the opportunity to explore lots of fabulous locations in Long Island, The Hamptons, Westchester, Connecticut, and Upstate New York. This is just one of our new favorite spots that offers secluded settings, gorgeous foliage, epic views of the Hudson River, and endless artistic possibilities. As always, golden hour provides the ideal natural light for family portraits that evokes a warm, dreamy feeling. Backlighting is challenging at times for family photography, but provides the most incredible natural light for creating memorable photographs. We even photographed a while past sunset to get some beautiful colors in the sky for more dramatic portraits.
